Email and fax support lets you email or fax the friendly Customer Care team at any time. They will then respond to your query during helpdesk hours by email,
fax or by phone.
Dial-in support is available during helpdesk hours. If an issue within Salon Master can not be rectified by phone, fax or email a Customer Care team member may assist you by dialling directly into your computer system.
Customer Care for Salon Master software is provided during helpdesk hours. Helpdesk hours are from 9am to 5.30pm EST Monday to Friday excluding
Telephone support entitles you to phone the friendly Customer Care team member during helpdesk hours. The team member will address the problem with you over the phone.
After Hours Support
Just when you thought no-one is there to help you during those early or late hours of the day – we are! Customer Care offers after hours helpdesk support to members and non-members.
Teamviewer and an internet connection (ADSL or faster preferred) are required for online support.
You can download the customer module from www.teamviewer.com – Please install and run this software onto your desktop, it is free to use for personal use.
