Response Time

@Master will ensure that a Customer Care team member will answer your query as soon as possible. @Master offers a 4 hour response time from the time the problem was logged.

Helpdesk Hours

Customer Care for ShopMaster salon software is provided during helpdesk hours. Helpdesk hours are from 9am to 5.30pm EST Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

Email Support

Email support lets you email the friendly Customer Care team at any time. They will then respond to your query during helpdesk hours by email or by phone.

Telephone Support

Telephone support entitles you to phone the friendly Customer Care team member during helpdesk hours. The team member will address the problem with you over the phone.

Dial-in Support

Dial-in support is available during helpdesk hours. If an issue within ShopMaster can not be rectified by phone or email a Customer Care team member may assist you by dialling directly into your PC.

After Hours Support

Just when you thought no-one is there to help you during those early or late hours of the day – we are! Customer Care offers after hours helpdesk support to members and non-members.
